We want everything to go according to plan, so we put everything we’ve got into service, monitoring, transaction processing and process management. In order to secure the performance of your system, we are not only there for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but we also provide a service that fits your business perfectly.
 

You can choose between three Customer Service und Support options:

  • Gold with many extra services and office hours from 7AM to 8PM
  • Silver with 24/7 Standby-Service and office hours from 9AM to 5PM
  • Platinum with maximum service and office hours 24 hours a day.
 
 
Our service organization taking care of all trouble-shooting of the EDI system operations is divided into three levels based on each other.

  • 1st Level Support:
A Service Desk to record, dispatch and monitor customer inquiries and take care of incident management.

  • 2nd Level Support:
Technical system support to process and analyze inquiries and incidents of nonconformance or problematic cases

  • 3rd Level Support:
Hard- and software specialists
 
When a situation requires an escalation in order to reach a solution, it will be sent to the proper management as necessary using the approved channels. The process and appropriate authorities are always transparent for our clients.
 

The Premium EDI Services includes:

  • Premium EDI Services Silber: daily system checks and active system monitoring tools with automatic alert.
  • Premium EDI Services Gold: on top of the notification of system problems, active GP monitoring and alerting the client.
  • Premium EDI Services Platinum: active client monitoring and active ERP interfacing monitoring which are usually charged per-call.
 
he high quality of our digitalization services is well-kept by our continuous receipt inspections and the 100% controlling of invoices over 10,000.00 € net. We also ensure a complete processing within 48 hours of receipt for an amount of up to 20,000 invoice documents.
