Incoming Outgoing Compliance Maintenance

Crossgate Compliance Maintenance Services (CCMS)

Maximum service, maximum security.

As the European leader for e-invoicing services with already 15,000 connected invoices, Crossgate knows electronic invoicing.

All in- and outgoing invoice processes can be automated and electronically generated through the central Integration Platform (B.I.P.). When you replace paper invoices with electronically signed invoices (EDI, PDF), not only do you eliminate the invoice summary sheet in Germany, but also all other paper invoices as well.

360° Service
Crossgate is the only provider of a 360° service which includes, on top of partner onboarding (approach, persuasion and contract management), the issuance and signing of invoices for the sender, the verification for the payee and storage in the long term archive.

Maximum legal security re legally valid signature
Crossgate Compliance Maintenance Services (CCMS) comply in full with EU-Guidelines 2001/EG/115/EC and the respective national sales tax legislation. Crossgate clients are provided with maximum legal security, in other words, a legally valid signature, verification and archiving of electronic invoices and valid invoice documents for secure input tax deduction.

Compliance Maintenance is guaranteed for the entire term of contract. Following a preliminary checkup, ongoing checkups will continue throughout the term of contract.

E-Invoicing process

The entire e-invoicing process is documented in a project specific procedure specification. The client’s project leader needs to collaborate with his tax specialists and, if needed, the local tax authorities, in order to compile this specification.
